Customer Configuration and Connector Data<\/h2>\n<p>When users configure connectors, workflows, protocol mappings, scripts, tags, or third-party integrations,&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">Protolinker may process the data required to perform the requested actions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protocol settings.<\/li>\n<li>Connector names.<\/li>\n<li>Endpoint metadata.<\/li>\n<li>Tag mappings.<\/li>\n<li>Workflow rules.<\/li>\n<li>Scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Connection metadata.<\/li>\n<li>Error logs.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnostic information.<\/li>\n<li>Integration configuration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The data processed depends on the services, devices, connectors, permissions, and workflows configured by the user.<\/p>\n<p>Protolinker does not access connected service data unless required to provide the functionality selected by the user,&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, or protect the service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Users should avoid submitting secrets, credentials, confidential production data, or sensitive operational data unless&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">required for the selected functionality.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>4. Payment Data<\/h2>\n<p>Payments are handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.<\/p>\n<p>Protolinker may receive payment metadata, subscription status, invoices, customer identifiers, and billing records,&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);\">but does not store full credit card numbers.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>5.
